My mother-in-law Jeannine called and asked if I would post a picture of one of my birthday blocks. It seems like I've posted a picture of one of these before but I can't remember. When I was in the primary presidency I came up with this idea and saw it out. We gave them to each primary child on the week of their birthday.
This one I obviously made for Talan!
It's just a 2x4 piece of wood cut 8 inches long. Painted with the edges sanded down. 2 different colors of vinyl lettering layered on top of each other. We wrapped a piece of tool around them when we gave them to the kids. They turned out really cute and inexpensive too!
