This year at our ward Christmas party they had sort of like a silent cake auction. Except instead of money, people bought things that were then donated to an orphanage. It's hard to explain how they did it... but I decorated a cake for the event!
It was a classic "Stephanie" cake to say the least!
Earlier that week I had taught a class to the young women in the ward on cake decorating. I quickly decorated a cake to show them how to do it and they brought that cake to the auction as well. I didn't get a picture of it but it turned out cute enough.
