Then why are you picking your seat?
This kid has been picking his seat ever since he's been potty trained! I can't figure out if he has an itchy bum or if he just likes the feel of his soft baby butt!
If he doesn't have his hands down his pants then he's pulling his pants and underwear down in one swift swoop giving anybody and everybody a nice MOON!
"Talan pull your pants up!"
"Get your hands out of your pants!"
Oh the sweet pure innocence of a 3 year old!
