David got the P90X videos and started doing them at night before bed. Ethan and Bradon decided to do it with him to get ready for football next year. Carsten, Reagan, and Talan have felt a little left out so they joined in the fun too! The little kids think it's easy but the older kids and David {the ones doing it right} think it's a challenging workout! They have been walking around with sore little bodies! NO PAIN... NO GAIN!
