Spring Break - Friday

All the kids are still feeling under the weather.  

Yesterday we took Reagan to the doctor and he said that she has croup and pneumonia.  We got her started on some meds and she has started to feel a little bit better.  All the other kids aren't as sick as Reagan, they just don't feel up to par.  Well except for Bradon.  He's been feeling pretty good.  In fact he went to the Adam's house yesterday afternoon and hung out with Kaden and Connor until this afternoon.  He had a sleepover and everything!  Bless Julie for putting up with another boy for that long!  

So today, the rest of us did a lot of hanging out again.  We played an extremely long game of Monopoly and watched some movies.  We are hoping that by tomorrow everyone will be feeling better and we can get out of the house for a little while and do something fun!  

Ever night as I tuck Carsten into bed he still informs me of all the horrible things life brings him.  Tonight he informed me that 

"very single spring break someone gets sick and we can't go and do anything!  

Spring breaks are no fun!"  

So let me get this straight.  You had no fun going to the aquarium?  No fun going to the candy factory?  No fun going to the movies to see Mall Cop?  No fun hanging out with mom and dad playing games?  You've just had NO FUN!  He gave me a little grin and rolled over and said, "goodnight!"  

Yeah, THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT!
